Delivery & Returns

We only use next day shipping to mainland Britain. This is to ensure the products you receive arrive fresh. We operate a Tuesday to Saturday delivery service.

• Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
• Matt Wade the Banana-king are not liable for any failed deliveries. Please ensure that someone is at the property to receive the delivery or specify alternate plans for a drop. (ie. leave in a porch) Our courier if possible will leave in a safe place or with a neighbour if he deems safe to do so. This will not affect your rights as a consumer.
• All orders for next day courier delivery or same-day local delivery must be confirmed before 11am. Orders after 11am will be processed the next working day.
• At Christmas due to postage demands please ensure you place your order 3/4 days in advance to ensure a timely delivery.
• If your order does not arrive in the condition accepted please take photos and e-mail your concerns to sales@banana-king.co.uk so that our team can rectify the issue asap.

1. How much is shipping?

   Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page. The standard delivery is £6.99 however if you are local (PR0 - PR5 Postcodes) and order over £10 then delivery would be free of charge. There is also free delivery on the whole basket value if you have an item from our fruit baskets, fruit hampers or workplace fruit crates categories. Finally if you are coming into Preston city centre why don't you use our click and collect service so that we can have your order ready for you when you arrive.

2. Can I track my order?

   We rely on the Parcelforce network to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. The tracking information details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.

3. Where does my order ship from?

   All orders are prepared and shipped from our retail store at 12 Orchard Street, Preston, PR1 2EN.
